Where Do I Even Start?
There are a million things I want to say.

I’ve debated creating this website for years. As a neurodivergent person, I know how overwhelming blogs can be – sometimes they help, sometimes they feel like too much.

My goal with Mended Chaos is to create a space that feels different. A place that isn’t overwhelming but actually helps you manage life in a way that works for your brain.

So what finally pushed me to do this?

Like many of us, I get overwhelming anxiety in public places. That night, I was only out for a close friend’s birthday. I spent most of the evening in the back playing pool, avoiding people.

Eventually, I worked up the courage to get up and sing. That’s when I had a conversation that changed everything.

The Moment That Changed It All

Stepping outside for fresh air, I met a younger girl who told me I did great on stage. We started talking about being neurodivergent, and I casually mentioned that I had always dreamed of building a website to help people like us.

She was genuinely excited. It wasn’t just polite interest she actually wanted this to exist and asked for a link.

That moment triggered something in me. I had a flood of memories of all the people I’ve helped over the years.

I realized… I was already doing this in my everyday life.

The Next Morning, I Made the Decision

For 10+ years, I’ve tested every planner, productivity hack, and self-care routine out there. Some worked. Most didn’t.

But over time, I built my own systems.

I want to share what actually works, so that others don’t have to spend years figuring it out alone.
